Finally we hit Vitruvian Park! We will meet at the top of the ampitheater close to the Fiori apartments entrance. Let's explore and rejuvenate! Wind down the day and start the week with a fresh perspetive. We start in a circle with 15 minutes of standing yoga - NO mat needed or dirty hands! Next it's a lesiure 45-minute walk through the park. Connect with nature, recharge your soul, and energize your heart. Welcome to all! Bring your familes, pets and an open mind.

What to bring: It's Texas in the SUMMER! I do not go outside without sunscreen, bug spray, a hat/visor, sunglasses, and an back up antihistamine. Especially for those who like outside but their bodies do not like outside. Bring a long-sleeve. Water. Towel if you are team sweat.
